Meet Ziv
Hi, I’m Ziv. I like to watch carefully and make sure everyone is safe by inviting them in. And once you’re here, I’ll stay right by your side. If you’re feeling unsure, you can come with me, because I’ll make sure there’s a place for you.

A Day at Gather Round

Each day in our curriculum is thoughtfully designed as a collection of program pieces that work together to support the whole child while also supporting your whole day.
Rather than offering isolated activities, Gather Round helps create a rhythm where every moment has purpose. From high-energy gatherings to quiet reflection, from hands-on exploration to leadership development, each piece builds on the others to create a meaningful and cohesive experience.

Every activity is rooted in a shared daily theme so that campers don’t just hear an idea once, but experience it in multiple ways throughout the day.
This means:
Hearts are engaged through storytelling, reflection, and relationships

Minds are activated through curiosity, questioning, and discovery

Bodies are involved through movement, play, and participation

Spirits are nurtured through connection, meaning, and belonging
The result? A day at camp that feels connected, intentional, and deeply impactful—for both campers and leaders.

GatherRound
energizes the whole community through playful, high-energy experiences that introduce and celebrate the day’s theme together
CommonGround
creates space for meaningful, small-group conversations where relationships deepen and every voice is valued.

FaithQuest
brings ancient stories to life in fresh, engaging ways that help campers see their meaning in today’s world.
WonderWorks
invites campers to explore the theme with their whole selves through hands-on, creative, and experiential activities.

DiveIn
encourages campers to take the next step personally, applying what they’ve learned in deeper and more intentional ways.
DeepRoots
supports leaders through reflection and guidance, helping them grow alongside campers and weave all the experiences into a cohesive journey.

The Story of the
Shepherds Invitation
Come hear the story of the shepherds (Luke 2:8–20), where ordinary people are invited to come and see the good news… And then go and bring others along!
With Ziv leading the way, we practice noticing who might need an invitation through games, storytelling, and activities that help us “come as we are” and welcome others in.
Together we learn that community begins with a simple, brave step: opening space for others and choosing to bring them with us.

The Story of
Going Through the Roof
Gather together to explore the story of the friends lowering a man through the roof (Luke 5:17–26), where people truly see someone’s need and take action to help.
With Lior guiding us, we practice noticing what others might be feeling through observation games, creative storytelling, and hands-on activities that help us look more closely and think more deeply.
Together we will see that strong community grows when we pay attention, understand one another, and respond with love in action.

The Story of
The Great Banquet
We come together to hear the story of the great banquet (Luke 14:15–24), where everyone is invited to the table: especially those who might usually be left out.
With Toviyah excitedly helping make space for everyone, we practice inclusion through shared games, welcoming activities, and creative moments that remind us it’s better when no one is missing.
Toviyah’s story of inclusion teaches us that community grows when we intentionally make room, noticing who isn’t there yet and inviting them in with care.

The Story of
The Good Shepherd
As a community we get to hear the story of the lost sheep (Luke 15:1–7), where the shepherd goes out to find the one who is missing and brings them back home.
With Ram gently reminding us what it feels like to be part of the flock, we explore belonging through imaginative storytelling, quiet reflection, and activities that help us care for one another.
We get to experience belonging to a community; knowing we are seen, valued, and never left behind.

The Story of
Pentecost
For our last story of community, we hear the story of Pentecost (Acts 2:1–39), where the Spirit moves like wind and brings people together to share love in ways everyone can understand.
Through Ruah’s experience of this great, rushing wind, we explore movement, breath, and connection through activities like wind-themed games, creative crafts, and shared storytelling .
Ruah teaches us that community grows when we share love and pass it along; freely, joyfully, and in ways that reach everyone.

The Story of
Pentecost
We revisit the story of Pentecost (Acts 2:1-39) for our final day, but this time through to eyes of our friend Simcha! Through Simcha’s eyes, Pentecost is a joyful, uncontainable celebration; full of energy, excitement, and wonder at what God is doing.
With Simcha leading the way, we join in music, games, and high-energy activities that help us express joy together and remember all that we’ve experienced as a community.
We we celebrate together, we learn what brings a community to life: when we share joy, mark meaningful moments, and rejoice together, our connections grow stronger and our sense of belonging deepens.
